Work Hard Play Hard is a documentary series that documents the daily hustle and grind of Asian-American rappers and the hoods they that come from. JimmyBoi also released a music video for I Got It which features Parlae & Boo Man. When they say "I Got It", they are referring to their narcotic hookups as you can see one of the guys doing some "cooking" in the kitchen. JimmyBoi's verse in I Got It is about how he's a big-time ecstasy dealer called "Pill Gates" lol. This music video/song is a little too grimey for my tatste.
Houson's Jimmy Boi has released a music video for Better Days and the remix for L2H Thang. This video is also produced by Jug-A-Knot. Both Better Days and L2H Thang are from Jimmy Boi's Puttin in Work Vol. 2 mixtape.
Jimmyboi is a Vietnamese rapper from Houston, Texas. He has a new music video out called All I Know which is referring to his daily hustle and grind. Fellow Vietnamese hip hop celebrity Johnny Dang a.k.a "TV Johnny" made a cameo appearance in the video. He's the other Asian guy with the big grills throwing money in the air in the "raining money" scene. Johnny Dang is well-known for making custom ghetto-fabulous chains, grills and other custom jewelry for many rappers and hip hop celebrities.
Jimmyboi will be releasing I Do it For The Hustlaz in April and Jimmy Boi DVD in May this year.
