In Kpop news today, Tablo from Epik Hightweeted some nasty messages about allkpop for everyone to see. Tablo is pissed off that allkpop leaked out Epik High's new music video and put up their latest album Epilouge up for stream.
The tweets:
What an EPIK tweets.......!!! I wonder how allkpop will address the situation.
Tablo from Epik High and actress Kang Hye Jung has officially tied the knot and are now officially husband and wife. They wedded yesterday in a private ceremony with family and friends. The newlywed couple are currently in Europe for their Honeymoon and are expecting a baby in the next year. I wish them all the happiness in the world and a love to last a lifetime!!
To celebrate this joyous occasion, Tablo has just released a free song for download called Love 16 for all his fans.
Epik High has a new music video out for 따라해 (Wannabe). The music video is a parody of the 2006 Korean blockbuster monster movie The Host. The Host is one of the most critically acclaimed and highest-grossing Korean films of all time.
Here's the trailer of The Host. You can see some how Epik High parodied some of the most gut-wrenching scenes from The Host. The monster in The Host looks really horrifying, but in the 따라해 (Wannabe) version they made the monster appear more like a cross-breed between Bowser and Domo-kun.
Korean rap group Epik High has released a preview of their 6th album called [e] (it looks more like [é] to me....that's all I'm saying!). This album will be a 2 disc album with 30 songs in total. Dumbfoundead is featured in one of the songs called Rocksteady. That looks like an interesting collaboration. [e] will be available on September 16th.
Here's the preview of the album released by Epik High. As Tablo showed, [e] will be a book-album with the lyrics included. You even get to see how the dropping of an urn of pink sand was the result of the album cover of [e]. Shout outs to Epik High for always being creative and stepping their game up!

Epik High has released a little teaser video of their studio recording sessions at their "Map Lab" for their new upcoming album Remixing the Human Soul. Remixing the Human Soul will be a remix album of Epik High's hit songs. The remixes will be done by 3 DJs from Planet Shiver: Friz, DH Style and Philtre.
After completing his Map The Soul tour in the United States, Tablo from Epik High did an interview with Dumbfoundead on behalf of The Urban Decadance right in Dumbfoundead's crib. It's a real short interview and the duration is about 6 and a half minutes. Its really interesting to see both Tablo and Dumbfoundead mesh together in this interview because on one hand, they are both Koreans who share the love of hip hop, but on the other hand they are shaped by two completely different cultures and different music scenes. When asked about the Korean music industry, Tablo said that that there isn't much diversity of music genres and everything is basically pop music. To top that off, Tablo was saying that because the way the Korean media is structured, it leaves no room for underground rap artists to get any media attention. Tablo also said that he was working on some tracks in Dumbfoundead's crib (collaboration track, hint hint).
You can read the article about Tablo's interview on The Urban Decadence blog here.
